Puck Dumps 12/6/13

I've never felt more alive

The Top Line

Nobody is talking about the same thing this morning. Well, Canadians are all talking about the Maple Leafs, but for different reasons.

Pittsburgh 5, San Jose 1 – People got what they paid for: Tomas Hertl scored a goal. Also, this was Sidney Crosby's 500th career game. 3 assists for him.

New York Rangers 3, Buffalo 1 – New York betters Buffalo , which is a fairly apt socioeconomic statement.

Toronto 3, Dallas 2 (OT) – The Maple Leafs win! Stop the presses! Or wait, this is news, so start the presses!

Tampa Bay 3, Ottawa 1 – Marty St. Louis, who is apparently still a thing, scored twice.

Florida 5, Winnipeg 2 – The Jets are going to have to dwell on this one for a while.

Montreal 2, Boston 1 – Johnny Boychuk left on a stretcher after a hit from Max Pacioretty, who knows a thing or two about being stretchered off during Canadiens-Bruins games.

St. Louis 5, New York Islanders 1 – There was literally nothing unusual about this game.

Carolina 5, Nashville 2 – Jeff Skinner  puts together a hat trick to beat the Predators. These two teams should be in the same conference.

Minnesota 4, Chicago 3 – Still plenty of room on the Minnesota Wild bandwagon.

Edmonton 8, Colorado 2 – wtf
