It's the last dump of the first half of the season. Olympics for the next two weeks! Well, a couple of days off first.
The Top Line
Philadelphia 2, Calgary 1 – Calgary seemingly dominated this game, which is sort of weird all the way around.
St. Louis 4, Winnipeg 3 (SO) – Do they have shootouts in the Olympics? No, right? ASAS.
Boston 7, Ottawa 2 – Canada is going to pay us back in the Olympics.
Montreal 4, Carolina 1 – Or perhaps in Raleigh in the same night.
Toronto 3, Vancouver 1 – Just like Sweden, it's tough to win with only one Sedin.
Colorado 5, New York Islanders 2 – The Avs finish the first half the season the way they began it. Playing hockey.
Tampa Bay 4, Detroit 2 – Finally, the plan of having a team full of 45 year olds is backfiring for the Red Wings.
Washington 3, New Jersey 0 – The Devils will go about 3 weeks without scoring a goal.
Dallas 2, Phoenix 1 – Strange as it is that these two cities have teams, remember that they will be playing in the Oympics in an arena adjacent to palm trees
Anaheim 5, Nashville 2 – A reminder, David Poile took a puck to the face. USA USA USA
